She definitely overbooked. Typical for someone that's been spoken highly here and half of those that said they are coming, blew her off. The big difference is that you actually showed up. Take the loss as I'm sure that you weren't missing much as she's worn out and you most likely wouldn't have gotten quality service for the amount you're paying.
