As the others have said, these are real ads but with fake photos. Mostly in hotels, sometimes in apartments / condos. Don't expect most services listed to be available (especially DFK), but BBFS can usually be had for a $ upcharge. Also, they are mostly multiple numbers / ads for only a few locations on any given day, so if you message a bunch of them, expect to be given the same location for a lot of them (in the same city).
