I got a rx for viagra a little while ago, I talked to the pharmacist and he explained the insurance didn't cover it and it was like $500 or something ridiculous like that. He then mentioned that there is a generic version out which is much cheaper (I believe less then $100) but I needed the Dr. To re-write the RX to allow it. So short answer, talk to your Dr or pharmacist. I can't attest to whether the generic works or not as I didn't bother filling it. I wanted it so that if my wife wants to have sex (a rare event, indeed) I have my ammunition, when I "dream" I don't seem to have any issues.

I'm active on some other sites that cater to this community and it's a really popular place. We haven't been but have had several offers.
