Same happened to me. Downloaded a free VPN and connect through it and no problems.

If you're on an iPhone, disable Apple's Private Relay in Settings. Apple ID. ICloud - Private Relay.

I read a few reports a while back of people having trouble signing on this site. I am having the same trouble unless I am on a WiFi connection. With my regular phone data it will not connect once.

I am on a WiFi connection no problem at all. Anyone else having the same trouble. It used to hook up anywhere. Something I can do different??

Try using wwwhidemyass.com. It's slow but it lets you in. I was reading a review in another state and this site was listed to use for the same reasons. Must be a Verizon thing that's blocking.

Avoid, was wanting 120 for qv then asking for another 100 for FS once the action starts. Old pics as well (from a previous review I can't find now).

After many years of mongering, I met a civvie lady with whom I shared a hobby. We hit it off immediately, and I felt like I had known her all my life. We spent tons of time together and were texting constantly. I immediately swore off mongering. Suffice to say I spent a bit of money on her buying dinners, gifts, and traveling. We made lots of plans, and life was good.

As time went (3 months), I noticed she started to cool off. She would take longer to reply to my messages; when she did, it was one-word answers. Attempts to set up dates were met with lame excuses. I confronted her, and she said she acted innocent. As if I was imagining things. I foolishly agreed, hoping to get back to the way things were. Of course, this didn't pan out. I was in a spiral for a while, constantly wondering what I did wrong or what I could do to get her back.

With a clearer mind, I did some reading, and apparently, this is called "love bombing" and "bread-crumbing. " Some of these women will overload your needs for attention and companionship for a while and then lose interest. Especially if you are kind. After that, they will give you less and less attention instead of just breaking it off. The less attention you get, the more you will try to get it back. Like a lab rat continuously pressing a button for food. Be warned, fellas..

Sounds like marriage to me, at least she didn't took half of what you own.

There was a discussion in the SB thread about an attempted scam on a guy who had communicated several times with a 'gal' on SA or something. Over a few days 'she' extracted some info then boom her 'husband' called / texted threatening him and sent a screen shot of the monger's wife's FB or something. Of course that would make any of us that have a SO mess our pants! BUT there has been so much in the news lately about artificial intelligence and I heard a news report last week about how scammers can just off a few words can construct a real persons speech patterns etc. Similarly they can make fake videos, pictures etc using bits and pieces of what's already in the public domain. They can make it look like you did or said anything or were anywhere. At least that would be my claim if someone tried to contact my SO.

Had someone tell me about that rule early in my hobbyist career. Always agree to everything they ask and see how far you can take it. Most of it, like you said, is just a front. If they think you are genuinely interested and will do what it takes to make things happen, the rules go out the window.
