In Charlotte you should find plenty of nice places in that price range. However none of them are near the SW action. There are only a couple of areas with a little action and you would not want to live near them.

But for fun, ask your realtor what's available on Sugar Creek Rd. Then don't move there. Ask so ask what's on Woodlawn. They might steer you towards Southpark Mall and that's a good area. But no SW action there.

Are you trying to live near the city center? That is a very good budget. . . I would go for Fourth Ward maybe? Close to city center, 4-5 minutes from NODA, 10 minutes from South End, and for hobbying. . . Less than 10 minutes from SC (sugarcreek / I-85 interchange) and the Woodlawn QT which are your two SW hotspots. If nabbing sugarbabies then both South End and NODA are typical meet up spots.

Normally I'd say we won't hear much more about this situation but frankly given who is involved, and their spectacular lack of awareness and intelligence we'll probably hear much more. Can you imagine being involved in a police action like a restraining order, where your real life info is known and on file, and running right to an online forum that's browsed by those same authorities and announcing it, and identifying your username to those authorities so they can read all your post history and build an airtight case against you on multiple counts? I mean, it's spectacularly stupid to a point I can't even fathom.
