I used to be good friends with a VICE cop and I always loved to hear his stories. I've listened to him for hours on the stings his team did.

The short version is, each state is different but they all have the main points in common.

First, LE can lie to you. I'm not sure where this rumor started but there is no law broken by an undercover saying he's not a cop.

Second, they can get naked. Again, a cop can expose themselves. Therefore most "LEO checks" don't work.

Third, and this more state dependent, they can engage in sexual activity. Just check your state's laws.

So far I have figured out a few foolproof methods. The biggest one is to not tie money to sex acts. If I'm in a AMP and there was no talk of price, I haven't proposition anyone. An unspoken tip at the end is consequential.

Second method; without discussing anything about sex or money, drive away with the SW in your car until no one else is around. There is no law broken by giving someone a ride. No LEO is going to leave in a vehicle with you without a tail car for the arrest and her safety. Most won't even get in the car but because of this, my buddy's team started doing "mobile stings". Once a deal is made, the LEO makes a signal and you both get pulled over.

I see in some of the reports about monger doing "LEO checks", I know what they are and I have my own way of doing them. I have recently found myself in a situation that could have been bad for me. I would like to know if there are any particular techniques used by fellow mongers that have been effective for them. Mine has been to go in and basically ask them to show me their tits. I'm fairly new as a hobbyist, and would like some advice from some seasoned veterans. Thanks.

The fact it's possible to get into trouble just for entering the room. Criteria for trouble depends on whichever LEO is / are involved. I've been participating in this hobby for over 20 years and never heard of a LEO check actually working.

My advice when scheduling an appointment with a new or relatively unknown provider:

1. Never answer an unknown provider's ad on the first day it appears.

2. Reverse image search the provider's photos.

3. Google search the provider's phone number.

4. Do not text or talk about anything explicit with the provider before meeting in person.

5. Use a burner phone and / or burner number. Hide the phone in the car after getting the room number. Either take an old deactivate phone or no phone to the room.

6. Show up early to an appointment to check out the scene. Drive through the parking lot then leave before returning at the designated time. Note the types of cars and / or individuals who are 'hanging out' outside of the hotel / motel / house.

7. Leave condoms hidden in the car.

8. Never take any type of weapon or anything illegal to an appointment.

9. After entering the room, immediately ask to use the bathroom before putting down the donation. If the bathroom doesn't have any beauty or hygiene products, then say that you forgot to bring something from the car, then leave.

10. Stand or sit in a chair while waiting for her to undress first.

But I just don't think that's any guarantee. If you asked a girl to show you her tits, and she did, then arrested you, so what? Are you going to tell the judge that nothing illegal happened because a female cop showed you her tits? They can do anything to trick you.

I think if an undercover cop is going to arrest you then that's just what they'll do. Arrest you. Now for the girl. Sure if it helps you to prove to her you're not the cop then go ahead and do whatever she asks so you can get down to business. Just know that you're not going to outsmart a cop that is about to arrest you.

Don't ask about service before you get there as that is not safe for you or her. When you are there though if you suspect something might be amiss you should suggest that you can skip the BJ and go straight to the starting position they prefer.
