Wow, I lucked up last night!

If you're using a VPN (and you definitely should be), they're already blocking your VPN's IP address. I always use a VPN and occasionally I get lucky and the IP address isn't blocked but not very often.

I just use a phone and tablet loaded with a pre paid sim card that I load with anonymous gift cards. Then I run a GPS emulator app 24/7 that spoofs my location. I have a long history in IT, and this method is very effective. The IP addresses on cell services are almost all dynamic. So them blocking or monitoring your IP address is next to useless because it constantly changes. VPN can work well, but it also has its downsides. If you get one, make sure it's dynamic and changes IP on every use. And test it thoroughly to make sure it remains connected. So many VPN services are known to randomly disconnect and reconnect. When it does that it reveals your actual IP address and location.
