Bum with hat- usually gets arrested for loitering and is an alcoholic and panhandler. Hell spill the beans on what's going on for a few bucks and a beer. Will also go get a SW's attention for you, if you are scared / embrassed to approach.

Low life #1,2 and 3- just some wannabe "hustlers" who live at the infamous Notel.

The guy that used to call the shots was Steve. Barbie worked out of Steve's for about 2 years. She saved her money and then moved when she rented one side of those duplexes on Mary Street with the red light. I haven't seen the red light on in like 2 years.
