Saw her once a few years ago when she was in Norcross. She was a nice girl but didn't have the best habits when it came to her health. Gout is painful as fuck. A severe onset is like pain of a thousand cuts. You got to nip that shit in the bud or else what you describe can happen. Mostly brought on by a bad diet. Certainly NOT an STD. It can become so bad it can ulcerate on a joint and weep like a cyst.

Gout is a form of arthritis and causes severe pain in joints, tenderness and redness in the joints it has nothing to do with STD's but from the looks of her I'm sure she got some STD she looks nasty and trashy I would definitely not touch her but what SW or call girl is really clean.
