On the way home from work I swung by fib since it gets darker earlier now and the weather was nice today. Checked out Wendell and seen the crazy light skin girl who shaved both side of her head (the one who always preg). There was an accident further down so LE was towing a car so I turned around. Went by Fulton inn and see a lot of dope boys on that side. On the back road there was and older BSW who had a fat ass didn't recognize her. Once I hit the stop sign there was LE sitting at the hotel across the street watching who goes in and out. Went up to the clubs and seen three SW (two sitting near the club and one at the Valero. Didn't recognize them either but wasn't my type. Still early and if LE wasn't around it could of been a pretty good night on fib. I did notice this near the starship. Wasn't sure if it's a camera or been there forever and I haven't noticed.

If you thought she was UC, I highly doubt it. Never here nor anywhere else where I have lived have I known of a female UC getting into a car with someone. They usually won't even walk but they stay in one place. Their risk is exponentially heightened if they get into a car.

5. Last note: 3 weeks ago, I picked up a light skin BSW in the bluff around 5 pm. Long story short, she was wearing revealing clothes, making her presence too noticeable for the police and talking loud and waving around. I picked her up anyway listening to the little head because she had a very nice thick body. Anyways.. She hops in and kept refusing to "show me something" as a LEO check. After she hopped out the car, I stated to her once more that if she would just "show me something" than we can move forward, she replied that I should show her the money and walked off. I came back through the area hours later, I see her on Joseph E Boone flagging down cars, making herself noticeable still. I pulled into the street she was beside and almost got into a wreck with a car that wasn't looking and driving with his attention on her. And it was the same car as the one that was following me hours prior.

As far as cameras, I doubt they are there for solely mongering reasons or drugs. I have been all over Atlanta and the outskirts for about a month nonstop, 7 days a week and I see these cameras everywhere from the ghetto, to the very expensive suburban areas. I believe APD is just following a trend that started with NYPD by placing cameras on the streets. Almost every city are starting to get these, some cities just have more than others hanging around.

I can answer your gas station questions. Most if not all the women you see hanging out in or outside the gas stations are SWs. I don't think any of them deal drugs. They may be hanging around the dudes there who supply / deal the drugs. It's easy to approach them. If you look at them, and they look back at you, smile or say "hey" or something. Most of the time she'll say hi to you first. Take it from there. Hell, even offer to buy them cigs or something to eat. Yea that girl on Wendell been there for a few years now she definitely a SW as any girl on Wendell is some just not that aggressive but I never dated her as she really not my type but she does have some thick ass bow legs tho.
