Yah, too bad that club closed. I live on the West side so Oasis was a pretty good haul for me; otherwise I would have checked it out more. I was really curious about VIP there. The girls I talked to about it had a really bad sales pitch for it; they always had an approach like they were selling a car rather than try to seduce you into it. At least the 3-4 girls I discussed VIP with.

I would have gone back, but I think it closed in Sept-Oct.

As to why it is still lit at night, my guess is that is a big F. U. to the city of Doraville from the owner. He finds it worth the electric bill, LOL!
He may also have legal action still going on, so lighting the sign might show intent to reopen and not abandon the business.
Well that's just like the strip club Flashers that's was on Stewart Avenue back in the day that sign is still there till this day LOL. Guess no one cares to take it down.

Plus the seemingly new neon palm tree & cars from day time laborers are curious activity.

Doraville has some nice parts, but the part around 285 and Peachtree industrial has gotten kind of run down and commericial property doesn't seem that hot. Hence the reason the city of Doraville wanted to shut down a strip club. No, I don't live in Ackworth or any high class suburb.

I am pretty sure the city of Doraville has made sure that place will never open it's doors again in that locale.

She told me she has not heard anything new on Oasis reopening.

We can hope. I like oasis.

You're right. There's not much going on in Cheetah or PP. I occasionally visit both clubs. Sometimes I get VIP in cheetah, but it's not worth it. These are nice clubs if you want to hang around, have drinks and watch the view. Not worth spending money. I like cheetah because smoking isn't allowed and it's an upscale club. I used to get VIP dance before, but not in the last year or so. Again, nothing going on in VIP. But the girls are amazing, gorgeous. You can't find such talent in Vivide type of place.

The main sign says Goodtime Emporium so it doesn't seem they're straying away from strip club, and I see occasional cars in the back lot facing the highway. There's a real active Mexican cantina restaurant next door to it, don't know if that'll be a hindrance.
