    P10 Pleasing Service

Had Vivian the other day. Very new to the biz, but really wants to make you happy. Help instruct her to what you want. Not someone you would take a double look out in public though. But her attitude and willing to please is great. Seems to only have a couple of girls there i guess since the raid Sua needs to warm the place up again.

Yep, they are HUGE! Bet her areolas are the size of pancakes! And, saw her in person once, her ass makes J-Lo look like a 90 year old!

I confused ISP with IP Address! I'm no expert, more of a flathead

Close, but it's not the MAC of your computer that is registered; it is the MAC of the modem/router assigned to you by the cable or DSL provider that is logged and assigned to the IP. If you use cable, the IP addresses will change depending on when you login/logoff; if you use DSL, the IP address is static and will not change.

Each network adapter has a what's called a MAC address that normally doesn't change, and ISPs can and do log which IP address is assigned to which MAC address at any given time. BUT...MAC addresses can be changed on certain network cards. MAC addresses can also be "spoofed" so that one computer can appear to the ISP as a different computer. Hackers have gotten extremely clever.

The point of all this is that any logging that LE might obtain from an ISP is only "suggestive" that it might have been you, but not "conclusive." A good lawyer with a good expert witness in the IT field can blow holes in those logs. They'd need a lot more than that to link you back to anything. The logs MIGHT be enough for a search warrant to search your computer though. If you're really paranoid, don't leave any incriminating breadcrumbs on your harddrive.

But, as has been pointed out repeatedly, soliciting a prostitute is only a petty misdemeanor. The detailed forensic investigation required to track you down by IP and MAC address, and the search of your harddrive, would cost far more than LE can justify for such a minor crime. They'd only go to that extreme if they were investigating a major felony and thought you had important information pertinent to the case. For 99% of us, that's not bloody likely! HPD is overworked, and chronically underfunded. They have to prioritize their resources, especially now with this major budget crisis. The state's been wrestling with this budget emergency for a year now. The city is just now starting to feel the hit.

So, caution is called for, but paranoia is not.

    Lowly,

Jz is on restrictions too [Indecipherable Text deleted by Admin] ?

Reminds me of having a parole officer.

    Greetings Everyone,

This "report" was edited because the text contained so many strange abbreviations, misspelled words and local slang that it was literally unreadable. It was so bad that the only way I can describe it was that it looked like English translated into Chinese, then translated back to English, with every third letter subsequently deleted.

    Thanks,

    Jackson

Mainly just wondering if this has happened to anyone. I know this girl was a new managed provider, maybe she did that to get the people that called or is calling to stop becasue she want out of the biz.

What a start to mongering again. I guess it's time to get a new untraceable GO phone.

Heard a similar story just last year about one of my ATF's, based out of NYC, Japanese national provider with the million stage names: Mimi, Sarina, Yuki, etc. Etc. Another monger brought this (getting nasty texts from "LE") to my attention, while another dropped me the same legality info as Candy Addict. Sure hope those texts were bogus cause if Mimi ever did get caught for escort charges here in America, she would probably get shipped back to Japan and come back.

    The text was completely bogus.

    1) Cops can't "prohibit" you from making phone calls. It's not illegal to call someone unless you're making harrassing/threatening calls. If a phone ever was confiscated, they would simply record the numbers stored in the phone, then turn it off and lock it in the evidence room. If it was really LE, it would be more likely that they'd WANT you to call as part of sting operation and arrest you for solicitation!

    2) A restraining order is issued by a court, normally to tell you to stay away from someone (neighbor, ex-spouse/gf/etc.) The reference to the restraining order is PROOF that the text was bogus. Cops don't take out restraining orders. Cops enforce restraining orders by arresting people!

So Rhoku, breath easy. Oh, and send your pants out to be cleaned!

It continues to say I will be investigated and restraining orders will be issued.

Is this for real? Anyone else out there get one of these? If so, what should I be expecting to come down the pipe at me.

Any advise will be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.

Similar thing happen to a friend of mine with Sua from P10. Only he got a call from her phone and the guy claimed to be LE. Strange thing was it happen just when she got busted at P10. Can't say if your is real or fake but the content was the same. "Monitoring your number" etc. Etc. Etc. It was over a year ago and nothing happened. Like everyone else suggested, CYA!

I've been mongering/lurking for a long time and u right, there are a lot of noobs who don't want to do the work and ruin a good thing for all us SRs. That's why the PMs work the best.

All us SR members should use that as our new forum method and let these noobs f'n themselves trying to find the prize. That's my $0.02

I wouldn't worry too much about it.
I agree with P Hunter. It could be a jealous BF trying to scare you so you won't sit with the girl. Many of the "BF's" are very posessive and get jealous if a guy takes an interest in his girl. I've seen some come to the bar to harrass the customer sitting with "his" girl.

BTW, always safer to have another phone to do your mongering (tiger should have taken this advice too, LOL). If you have a SO or wife it would be highly recommended (keep the phone someplace where she can't find it). I have a virgin mobile phone, pay $20 every three months for 100 minutes so I can use it or not and store minutes and use them later. I don't use it that often so can go a month or two before I run out of minutes. For others who use minutes the $50 unlimited might be better.
