Hello folks, if you have $$$$ to spend one day in Vegas, how would you proceed? Looking at agencies, even the genuine ones seem to use fake (pornstar) pictures sometimes. Vehicle lands straight up and all passengers are severely injured.

Same HPD officers return to the scene and say "what happened here?

Make the cops involved in this accident pay for all court costs including any civil or criminal settlements not us taxpayers. Rogue undisciplined cops with an ax to grind should be held accountable including their supervisors who probably knew about those under his / her command of having some attitude problem but let it slide and becomes a problem for the next fool who takes his place upon retirement. His pension should also be subject to garnishment for the victims (paralyzed boy) and their family who continue to suffer should be compensated. Us taxpayers should never be responsible for these in blue, "Hawaii's finest, To Serve & Protect". Yeah, seems like HPD protects their member's pension plan more than the victims rogue cops cause to others.

Do you think seriously any business establishment, especially the small ones would refuse service to customers and lose money just for the sake of some City mandate requiring proof of vaccination? They already taking a hit with reduced customer in dinning quota by the same stupid City and to do their dirty work in verifying their own customers and not getting reimbursed by the City? If was me, F**k the City or else give my business a tax break for ordering me to reduce my customer intake and now do their own policy enforcement and not get paid for it, then up yours Mayor.

Maybe, maybe not. However, if you go in with a shitty attitude for a service, you may be refused or get shitty service in return.

I don't know if they'll comply or not (though probably larger legit establishments probably will like theaters), and I am not arguing that. Just saying you are not owed anything without complying with that establishment's rule and if you are served after making a scene, expect to not get a warm reception.

At least you can claim your "exhausted" menu selections are way beyond most married guys stuck with their ball & chain wife, who thinks its extra work to satisfy her husband's needs and make him work for it. That's why many married guys find some type of excuse to visit the AMP or some pussy on the side behind her back. Hey honey, I going for a morning jog, and run straight to mama san's house of pleasure to empty his sac. What good is all that money sitting in the bank or investment portfolio if you kick the bucket and haven't rack that kind of "mileage" that many guys just envy? I beginning to spend that kind of money, but hey, you can't take your money with you when the time comes.

I will be fully prepared to go without service if the City and County of Honolulu will not comply with my request that they verify their compliance with the Mayors mandate. However, the City and County of Honolulu had better be prepared to deal with the firestorm that will be unleashed on social media and any other available platform. I can do better without their service than they can do with the public embarrassment that they will have to deal with when the word is spread.

Just imagine how it will look when the Driver's License Office can't or won't verify that they are in compliance with the Mayor's mandate. It will be FAR worse for them than for me. I can and will comply. I am a sole individual while they represent the entire governmental bureaucracy that is charged with protecting the health and welfare of the entire community. If they won't demonstrate compliance, who has more to lose?? They have far more to lose than I.

I'm sorry that our esteemed Mayor has taken it upon himself to charge every affected business owner and manager with the responsibility to enforce an idiotic and dangerous policy, but the only recourse that I have is some action like this or total compliance. Compliance with an ill-advised policy like this is DANGEROUS. Don't do it. I won't!!

In all reality, all they would have to do is adopt a health pass like that provided by the free "CLEAR" App (look it up in the App Store or Google Play Store). Use of that App can provide both verification of vaccine status and identity without disclosure of personally identifying information. Sounds like a case of NIH (Not Invented Here) syndrome to me (or maybe it's "cousin Kimo needs a job".

Been deputized by the State, and took an Oath of Office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

If they haven't, they have no need to know if you have been vaccinated or not. Privacy Laws (HIPPA) applies to you and your Dr only.
