Hi! I am not much help with the local scene but I know quite a bit about services in Japan. I just came back from a visit myself and with the current exchange rate, everything is a bargain. Since you are Japanese, assuming you can speak it then more doors will be open to you. If you have a local phone phone number in Japan then pretty much everything is open to you. https://fucolle.com/ is a good resource and it will also show what shops accept foreigners. I find even ones that aren't listed will still accept them if they can communicate in Japanese. There aren't many Pink Salons left so that isn't the route that you want to take. In the southern part of Japan these will be called tokuyoku. Meaning there will be a bath / shower in the room but not FS like a soapland. Most services are going to be deriheru (delivery) or soaplands. If you are just looking for massage + HE then https://asian-feeling.net/english/ is a solid place. I can help steer you toward some deriheru in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, or Fukuoka. There are also sites that will tell you how feasible it is to have the girl in your room so you can book accordingly. Never been to soapland, so can't say. But if you get a chance to Check out pink salons (blowjob bars) I would recommend it. Most aren't gaijin friendly, but I found JanJan through an online forum and they take foreigners no problem. Went for a blow years ago in the daytime for like 3000 yen. Total deals with todays exchange rate.
