Don't assume that there is no House Fee. Someone owns the condo at CC and wants to be paid when it is used. As an independent, she still has to collect and pay the House Fee to whoever she rents the space from. I tipped what I usually tip for an above average HJ with over-the-clothes roaming $60. With $60 House Fee, total damage was $120. If she had removed clothing, the tip would have increased.

I was there several days ago. It was actually located on the 34th floor of CC and the sign on the door said Mia Thai. The therapist that I saw was Kay and I believe that she is the only one that is associated with that phone number.
