As I was driving towards the ramp I noticed a couple of men standing on the left talking. It's hard to explain but they just seemed a little out of place. One had his back to me and the other was facing me talking to him. Out of the corner of my eyes I could see that he was checking me out more than talking to him. I didn't think much of it until I parked and saw two cars parked far away from the entrance on the mauka side of the lot. Why were they parked so far away from the entrance I wondered. I decided to sit in my car and I turned one of the mirrors so I could check them out without facing them. And one of them with shooting long-distance camera at me.

It was a coordinated effort. There is at least four people involved. HPD? ICE? The feds as an FBI? I'm not sure which or even another branch of LE but something's weird.
