It is times like this when building trust and a solid relationship with good providers in the past becomes critical. But, I would never personally spread fake news here just to throw folks off track, as that is simply a dick move.

The cheap listings are leasehold. Problem with leasehold is that the property depreciates rather than appreciating. The maintenance, A / C, and electricity charges in CC are ridiculously high too.
