Probably should be in SCAM forum. Anyways, If they ask you to pay by gift card (any store be it Amazon, Apple, etc) or buy "Steam" gift card for "their kids" it's 100% scam. Some providers may contact you with rates and services but feel and far in between.

Some have reported success with the "Whisper" app. Do a search for that term for more info.

I haven't used it find new but I use it to keep in touch with the good ones.
