Not sure what "crime" or violation has occurred at Sun Spa. So what if the person you thought was a woman turned out to be a man?

First of all Diver3729, if you tried to tell the police that you wanted a massage with a happy ending that is admission of a crime in itself. Second, you cannot have a valid contract or complaint that is prosecutable if it is for illegal services. Plain and simple.

Second, let's assume for a minute, that you didn't want a happy ending. You just wanted a massage? Well, there is nothing in these places that promises a woman. It is just assumed. So even in this case there would be no basis for a complaint. Especially given the new LGBT laws. If you don't like the service, don't give them your business.

The only thing that might occur here is a claim that they are operating a massage service without valid lic. It has nothing to do with the gender of the person providing the service.

Most guys educated in this country will understand, Never Cry Wolf. Many of us had had unfavorable experiences to alert others to see if our experience is a pattern so it doesn't repeat with fellow Mongers. But, I don't ever recall reading someone's experience that became a solid week or two diatribe. Diver3729 has over 30 posts on Rubmaps and more than 25 on this one, for the same AMP, regarding one provider. I have had bad experiences that I have reported on this site in the past, but none were ever meant to disparage a provider. Diver3729's rant is at this point, is not believable & quite frankly irrelevant. It's been reported, so leave it there for people to read. We're grown mature adults to decide for ourselves. I really look forward coming to this site to read something that is worthwhile and contribute likewise. However, I don't appreciate one person trying to dominate this forum, with an axe to grind.

So, on a more positive note. Recently had a great visit with Mimi at the AMP near Citrus Park Mall on Gunn Highway in North Tampa. She knows how to get the kinks out and has a full menu of offerings after you have been there a few times. Pleasant personality, very enthusiastic and a lot of fun. And I can assure you that she is not a transgender.

Shouldn't this be grounds for giving this "guy" the boot? We have enough issues (popo etc.) without feeding them info, if it is in fact legit. But just that he says he did it should be enough. Don't need the BS drama here, we're all just squirrels trying to get a nut.

1st hardworking 19 said police I said news investigation team. I have been called a liar, a woman basher, and other.

I think they can prove me right and when they say I am right maybe they will run him out. No place for that in spa where we spend good money. Sorry but if you were challenged you I think would do the same. If that is wrong I'll take the boot.

You guys should of took my info more serious instead of brow besting me. I was advised that licensing info was pulled by them on lucky, they are doing background check.
Once they have info they will come to the store for video interview. I have given sworn affidavit. You guys broughtbthis on for him. Enjoy.

They told me that it was before I made it. Doesn't matter just tired of being called the names. I just want him out. Its disgraceful. Just shows how people will not question as long as it feels good.

Seems they have been 2 for years. Talked down to 1. 8 a couple years ago, haven't been back since. A little hottie, multiple positions, couch, table, standing, DATY etc. But too many better less expensive choices out there.

Can confirm that it's $$ and has been for a while. It was the first place I ever went to when I first got into the hobby and didn't know there were cheaper options available. It's a nice spot where they aim to please, but they expect you to pay full price. Parking situation also isn't the best if you want to maintain some kind of privacy. I've parked in the lot at the mattress store next door and walked over to avoid being in the lot and having everybody know where I'm going.

I get your point. I am sure others get your point too after so many posts with pretty much same thing. So if your intention was let other know about your experience, I think you did a good job. That being said, there comes a time that you just have to move on. If you keep up with postings with the same subject, it may actually look bad for you. Hope your next experience is better one. I have been to lot better before this one and after. I just was sick that a transgender was in these shops, and what he did to me. All wanted was for him to either give straight massage or tell the guy he is trans. After I was brow beaten and called lie I reported it now let them deal with him it was not right of the guy nor you guys giving me hell.
