Any word on this? Another, who's add I can't find now (maybe a sign) was up week after week for a woman named Anne who was on waters at a prive studio. Any word on either?

Wow I have not seen her in months, she was alot of fun. Last time I saw her at the 715 girls massage place. But the owner sold it to another person and changed name.

Interesting report, especially regarding the 9-12 months of training. I know that is similar to the Maryland license training requirements and I get great massages from Maryland no-extra Asian places where a license is displayed for my therapist.

Based on all the crappy massages I've had in extras-available Asian places in Tampa, I figured that the posted Florida licenses were meaningless. I'm speaking of Tampa Asian massage places that are discussed on this board. Perhaps the posted licenses I've seen are bogus ... or the therapists know that you didn't come for the massage.

They know why you are there. I was in one when the health department showed up to verify active licenses. If they aren't taking a health history from you when you first arrive there is a chance for extras in my experience.

I am a hobbiest but also a licensed massage therapist.

If the add contains MM or MA#. (which the add you provided clearly does).

That is a Florida State licensed number.

Either a number for the therapist or the establishment, with the State of Florida Massage board.

It is a Fl State requirement for any legitimate individual or establishment advertising to offer massage, to display their registered license number.

For an individual.

That means they spent 9-12 months and 3-12 k to get a license.

An establishment can have a license, but every employee has to have their own individual license.

With a photo I'd and proof of licence sure placed upon the wall of the establishment.

They will not risk it on a one person with a one day agenda.

Getting extras from a licensed professional is a game of patience.

Several visits and the choice is hers. Not yours. Most times. It never happens.

Oh, but when it does.

Well that is a pleasure enjoyed only by men with patience and tact.

The dividends can be wonderful.

On an extended lunch break last Wed. Thought I'd stop in for a massage and relief. Young Asian girl took my payment for the hour, got a shower and proceeded to give me a massage.

Door bell kept ringing, she'd leave for a min, come back and pick up where she left off. At the end, she said "time's up" and walked out. Massage was good, relief was nonexistent.

I think this is the place just west of SR 41, it is on the right if you are heading east in a medical plaza. I got a HJ for .4 she was not really into it.

Saw few reports here so decided to give this one a try since it's so close. 50 for hh. When I was finally on table I noticed it was absolutely freezing. I felt like more of a doctors office. Massage was so-so. I told her deep and it felt more like light. After table shower had me feeling like again a doctors office with how cold it was. No extras at all. I would not recommend.

I think your problem here is that you can't just "go to Osaka" and have a good time. With Osaka, it's not about the place, it's about the girl. For instance, if Yumi is working, you will have a great time. Also, Tampa Bay spas HATE credit cards because they have to pay taxes on that. I never ever use a credit card at a spa and it is much appreciated by the girls. Maybe in Ohio they don't mind credit cards, but here you should use cash, especially for the tip. They will notice and appreciate.

I pay with CC at PURE Massage. They only add 2 to the 70 house fee. Bill Ho.

I got to tell you guys, coming down here makes me appreciate the massage game we have up in Ohio.

So based on the recommendations of this board, I went to Osaka. Was greeted by a somewhat attractive mamasan (40 ish, decent looks, a cups), at the door. Once inside, the whole place smelled like they were fermenting kimchi. It was pretty bad.

Upfront they wanted $50 for a HHR, and when I went to pay in card, they wanted to tack on another $25. I haggled that down to $65.

After that the massage started, though I can barely call it a massage. Extremely light touch by roaming was allowed. Kept trying to get the girl to do deep touch but she was obviously on a schedule and wouldn't deviate.

Some teasing before the flip going into a very aggressive HJ. Followed by cleanup and some more light touch massage.

Then for the tip, I gave $50 because the tipping scale down here seems all over the place.

Overall, I was super disappointed. I don't mind not getting extras, or getting lackluster extras, but at bare minimum it needs to be a decent massage. Plus the prices down here are outrageous.

Not sure what you did wrong but I have never left Osaka with nothing less than FS. This has been my go to place for close to 12 years. Girls are fun and never paid more than $100 for FS.
