As you said, you are choosing on restrooms, not gasoline, the fungible commodity. How much more would RaceTrac gas have to be to get you to use Wawa instead?

The ise of a fungible commodity (gas) is not set by the commodity bit by something related to it, like perceived quality, ease of access, extra products or services (clean restrooms).

Guys choose a parlor based on the services provided, but among the ones that provide the desired services, the decision will be based on price, location, etc.
