So for what's it's worth I ask her about this and she pretty much said the same thing word for word. If you read her ads she is overly cautious. Sounded like both had the same concerns about the LEO and were overly cautious which is understandable.

I sent her email and explained things, and then she was very responsive. I believe she has a great deal of loyal clients, and keeps her busy.

She's the best within 60 mile radius! Combine that with all her talents, I'd definitely say she's got a long list of regulars. Probably worse now snowbird's are in the area.
