The other weird thing may not be related. Communicated w google voice number. I've had it several years. Hardly ever get a spam call. Ever since then my number has been getting blown up. 6 or more calls a day from what appear to be legit businesses from across the country. Maybe her phone has malware? No voicemail or texts.
