I had a run in with police too at a massage place on colonial. This was many years ago and I don't even remember the name of the place or if its still around. Anyway I get buzzed in through the front door facing Colonial and inside was a Swat team in full tactical gear talking with the mamasan. MM of course a flat $200 (40 minutes) and the "old" Golden Gate places were 1 hr $160. I assume King is like what Golden Gate and the other non-flat rate places are. Thanks.

I keep reading about these experiences at CB and MM, but I'm just so paranoid. I've only ever dreamed of going to a house. Is a place like this conspicuous or dangerous or are people just ok with it anymore? I feel stupid asking this.

What do you mean conspicuous or dangerous? I would be much more apprehensive going to a house, which means you probably spoke with or texted someone to make arrangements which could be a sting. They would much more likely use a house or hotel room than commandeer a spa. I've never known a sting to take place at a spa. The closest would be the Robert Kraft fiasco where they they illegally wired the spa without the owners consent and look how that turned out for them, so I doubt they will be making that mistake again. I would venture to say that a massage parlor would be the safest way to partake in the hobby, not to mention it's pretty much a guaranteed good time if you stick with highly reviewed places. Anywhere else, like an online ad or even on the Trail, not only do you have to worry about getting busted, but also crappy service or cash and dash. So just relax and enjoy!

Stopped in at CB this afternoon. Was greeted at the door by one of the providers. She led me to the room where I paid the fee. A couple of minutes later in walks Lee Lee (I think).
