Best bet probably SS. PY may be good as the gilt that's caused so much bad press lately is apparently gone. But both of these places you're going to be able to get whatever they offer the first visit. NT will not do more than standard massage / TS if they don't know you most likely. They treat return visitors very well, but if it's a one time thing, I wouldn't go there.

I went there for a massage. Older lady out front. I asked if I could see the therapist before paying. She got mad and said no. Must pay first. That seemed like a bad sign to me so I left.

I work and live less than a half mile from there and never knew it existed. I just saw the signage while heading into work today and was wondering if someone could send me a PM and let me know the damage. Been far too good for far too long and need to stretch my legs a little.
