She is definitely a waste of time! It seems every time I try to setup something, she acts like she's ready, then I get the ole, let's setup something for some later time. With these hooks, I never setup appts for a later time because they become even more unreliable. I usually like to see someone within 30 minutes; otherwise, it's a crap shoot.
