I use an App on my phone. Google Translate. Works well in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Spanish, Russian etc. . Both spoken and written. Works both ways. Mildly time consuming and you really have to watch the misspelling. You and they need to speak very slowly. Keep sentences VERY short and simple. Try not to use nicknames or popular slang for things, call a dick a penis, tits are breasts. Etc. My personal experience is that some providers are actually appreciative of the effort.

My advice is that if you want to stay close to Fort Myers do the Streetwalker or Escort (use STG) as the women here in general are very unattractive. IMHO, you would be very lucky if you find anything close to a 6 out of 10. A few months ago I had back surgery to fuse some vertebrae. Titanium rods were installed to provide support and I was told to limit activity and avoid anything strenuous. For the first few weeks after the surgery that was no problem. I was in so much pain the last thing I wanted to do was swing my pelvis back and forth.

I had the final meeting with my doctor last week and he said I can resume normal activity but to be careful with bending and turning. Nothing too strenuous. With my wife sitting next to me it was awkward to ask if swinging from the chandelier with my dick in someone's snatch was an acceptable activity.
