I read this article, (thanks for posting), and came to an amazing revelation. Early this year, I was working out, and taking supplements, which included Pygeum, Zinc and L-Argenine (no Lecithin). I have the same issue. First of all, don't take too much of the "V". I cut them (100 mg) in quarters, and get MORE than enough effect, but still get some flush and headache.
