I keep in touch with her every now and then. She has temporarily retired I believe. I know she is at least taking a break to work on some personal issues, nothing demon related or anything like that, just trying to get life together I suppose. I know she took a break about a year ago because she got a new boyfriend, but now I think she's just trying to get everything straight.

Since you're on a Microsoft OS, contact SA's tech support and let them know about the issue. It's up to them to get it resolved.

I did that well over a month ago and still haven't heard back. I'll try again and see if I get a reply.

For the past month or so I haven't been able to log onto SA or the new-to-me S. I get a message that "iOS 10 for Safari does not store blah de blah de blah and that updating to iOS 11 may help". Huh? I presume that "iOS" implies an Apple operating system but I use Microsoft and I have no idea what "Safari" program they are referring to. I tried contacting them a couple of weeks back but I haven't received a reply. Any of you guys have an idea of what this is about?

Safari is Apple's version of a browser like Internet Explorer or Chrome. You can go to Apple's website and download the version of Safari that works on Microsoft computers.

IOS is the Apple operating system, like Windows is for Microsoft PC's, so ignore that. Good luck.
