I agree 100%. I know this is late posting, but trying to catch up with everyone over the last few months. Once you "click" with Carmen all is well! I have seen her 4-5 times by herself and with others. Of course, with most, you have to catch her at the right time. I would always repeat. The one generic time has been overshadowed by several great times. As always, be friends first and be a listener. She likes to vent. Listening will go far.

This one seems to be in constant contact with the police. Taunting the police is not a good business practice.

I strongly suspect stepped up enforcement. With movement being restricted going to your very slow local no tell motel will make you stand out. The police can fly the social distance. Human trafficking flag.
