It's because the only people who ever go there are tourists in from out of town who are not hobbyists and don't know that there are many other much better options available. People who read and post on these forums don't go to the ranches. They are way overpriced, the girls are mediocre at best, there are too many rules and you have to drive quite a distance to get to them.
