Never posted anything before does anyone has any tips on how to stop? LOL I'm 34 b doing it since 19 I've seen 7 different in the same week like 10 yes ago when it much cheaper now I do like 2 ,3 a week at 3 oo a pop in can't keep this up it's half of my pay check every week.

Also, you may find some "sex addiction" online communities helpful. . . Or maybe won't. I'm pretty sure Reddit has one.

The problem with these is that everyone has their own issues. . . And people make up stuff online. . . Etc etc. But it may be worth exploring for you.

If you're REALLY serious, and ideally have decent medical insurance, a qualified counselor. LCSW or PhD psychologist. One who has a practice that includes sex compulsions. You're far from alone nor unique in this regard! Good luck!

I second this in my pm to Tauros. Alternatively, try going cold turkey and supplant this habit with something else. Maybe once you break through the wall of "need", you can carry on. Even if you wean yourself off, or just reduce, it will be a plus for you. As Bran advises, avail yourself of professional help. Good luck.

It is far better to have built a financially sturdy ground first, having dated or self pleasured for years before. Your trending needs to change, so I hope you can devise some strategies to achieve that.
