As Big Pussy Sal suggested go to your doctor and get the real stuff. Personally I had my doc write the 'script for Revatio (Google it) and I buy it via Good Rx and it cheap as fuck and of course it works great.

How about just going to your regular doc if you want Viagra? Tell him you are having problems down there getting it up more often than not. And sometimes when it is up, you are having a problem maintaining the erection. My doc was just going to give me Cialis but I was able to talk him into a 6 month supply of both Viagra and Cialis. The stuff is not expensive at all with insurance. The link you provided looks scammy to me.

I think PR has its charms but I've never mongered there. It's a very socially conservative place. You should be aware that individual review sites aren't always indicative of the local mongering culture, just of that site's local popularity. USASG doesn't have a lot of posts in certain US cities but other review sites in those cities are on fire.

If you're looking for Caribbean mongering be aware that in St Maarten, Aruba, and Curacao prostitution is legal and regulated. But it's not cheap, and covid has really stifled the action on the islands since it's mostly foreign girls and travel was restricted.

I suggest you do some more research if you want to hit somewhere different from Costa Rica, but there's much to be said for going somewhere that you already know the ins and outs (so to speak).
