Personally I never used TER to search crack hoes and trailer park skanks, but I understand your point. In the past, "most" of the providers reviewed on the site were higher quality ladies, and at a price point where you'd naturally want as much information as possible before spending your hard earned cash. You're right, the scenario you describe probably won't be written up on TER, but they "used" to be a very dependable site to research providers. Also great for guys travel, but who knows?
