Hi There.

Long time reader and first time contributor. Stopped at Sun the other day for a massage. Several cars were parked in the parking lot which meant they were busy. So hoping against hope I went in and was greeted by an older lady. She took me straight to the room. A little Korean lady, probably in her late 20's or early 30's entered. Had the urge, had the cash, had a little time. As I perused the offerings on STG, I couldn't decide. Several I considered were reported to have ghosting issues. I didn't have that kind of time. Wanted the sure thing. I sure miss the old days of Kim's and the AMP around the corner from there.

FS AMP rates are very well established. One guy adding an extra tip won't raise the price for the rest of us. You can negotiate a bit better deal, but risk pissing the lady off. Ever gotten a "bargain" HE from a pissed off masseuse? It's no bargain. I like knowing the cost going in. Don't bring any extra and you can't be up-charged. They always start asking for too much, but happily accept the standard rates. The safe and relaxed atmosphere is part of the attraction of AMPs for me.

The ruling says that if the purpose of the warrant is to collect evidence of trafficking, the cameras shouldn't have been pointed in the massage rooms, unless there was evidence in the warrant that suggested that women were sleeping or being stored in those rooms, and that the warrant should have protected the privacy of naked people (including women clients) in those rooms.

I think the ruling is a bit of a legal stretch, since, if you have women from overseas sleeping on the premises (according to the warrant application), what they are doing in the massage room (for example, sex acts) becomes an issue. The purpose of the trafficking becomes important; it can't just be because the owners wanted to warehouse a bunch of Asian women because it was nice to have a lot of people around to talk about the old country.

The judge also tossed the evidence gathered from the traffic stop. The typical cop vs. Driver pissing contest about whether there was probable cause to stop a car is almost always resolved in favor of LE. Him tossing this suggests that he really wanted to toss this case good and hard. Hell, the judge may have gotten a HE or two in the place before?

I still have no idea how these women working there didn't notice these cameras in the 5 days the cameras were in the rooms. Usually, AMP rooms have damn near nothing in them so you'd think they'd notice something different on the wall or in the corner.
