This is terrible the media using headlines and terms like sex trafficking, clearly it is not.
Article mentions 15,000 arrests, but not how many convictions. And even more important how many tied to actual trafficking.

The virus in Waukegan
Hate to rain on everyone's horny parade, but. The vast majority of coronavirus cases and deaths are in Waukegan, for much the same reasons that the majority of infections deaths in Chicago are in the poorer sections. If you are in a high risk group (heart and lunge problems) then that town is not the place to go shopping. Actually no place is worth shopping if you are high risk.
