I am posting this in multiple forums, because I want everyone to be aware of the danger.

Is not only a scam, but a robbery situation. I showed up to the provider's location only to find a cute AA woman. I explained that she did not match the ad. She said I needed to pay the cancelation fee. I declined. Then an AA male stepped out of the bathroom. I froze. A moment later, a second much larger AA man stepped out of the bathroom. To say it felt like a nightmare is. Accurate.

I asked the woman what the fee was, as she was blocking my way to the door. I wasn't feeling lucky. She took $200 and very reluctantly let me out of the room. I dashed to my car and got the hell out.

To those who wanted to know where this happened, it was the Days Inn in Schaumburg, on Higgins right off 290. I have been there before to see another, very safe and reliable provider, so I naturally (stupidly?) assumed it was safe period. Obviously not, and now I don't think I'll ever feel safe enough to set foot in that place again.

Never happened to me, but I can see how it happens. You go to an apartment or hotel, after texting and texting. She (finally gives you the room number after checking You out from the window, to make sure you are Safe for them. You go up to the room, knock on the door. The door opens, but you don't see the girl, she is behind the door. Your assumption is that they are behind the door so that no one in the hall, like another guest or hotel security will see them and come to the conclusion that there is funny business going on. We accept this and walk in, and the door closes behind us.

Now with the Asian apartments I've been to, and the few hotels as well, the worst that's ever happened to me is that the provider is not what was expected, even with the lights dimmed. But if its a robbery situation? The door closed, she's standing in front of it, requiring you to physically grab her and throw her out of the way. How many guys are prepared to do that without talking first? If I know you guys like I know myself, very few. And if she's got help coming out of another room? Are there any mongers out their with a little Bruce Lee in them?

So, if any of you guys have any idea how to keep this from happening, I'm listening.

I get your hesitation. But what happened to you could have happen any hotel. It is the girl and guy who robbed you, the hotel could have been a 5 star fancy hotel and the same thing could have happen. Once you are in the room it's you vs. Them. I guess one could argue that scum bags that robbed you would not be staying in a nice hotel. True, but it can happen anywhere. Plus the nicer hotels are going (usually) have the more expensive girls. Nothing says they can't rob you too. In fact you're bringing more money to a nicer hotel (in theory) so there is more to gain.

A long time ago a guy showed up out of nowhere after I had given the money and she was getting undressed. The dude was a little guy too. I could have easily gotten the money back but my brian took over. They wanted the money bad enough to try to take it from me they probably didn't care how much noise and fuss they were going to make. A lot of screaming and fighting would have just brought the cops and I'm sure someone would have gotten my plate even if I did retreive the money and left before the cops got there. My situation I realized it was easier just to leave and chalk it up as a learning experience. Plus I knew who they were and (in a dream of course) I could come back later and flatten a tire (or 4) that I knew belong to the guy. But I'd never do that, that would be illegal.
