I'm not sure exactly what you mean. I normally spend 1 k / month on AMP's so 2 K for 3 weeks of 24/7 fun and companionship at least for me was extremely worth it. Waaay cheaper than having a wife LOL. She flew back from Ft. Lauderdale, and I spent the next 3 weeks going up the east coast of FL including the Palm Coast and Orlando playground (s).

Next up is my 2 month SE Asia trip in February to Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. From what I'm gathering, prices have gone up even there, but still 1/3 of what it costs in the US. The best part of it all is my Social Security will be paying for the entire trip.

Besides C-19, what I see as an even higher detrimental effect on the hobby is the proliferation of candy coming across the border. I refused to knowingly see a provider that indulges and have walked away a dozen times when it was evident in person. Not only are bad actors usually involved, but the danger to one's health can be forever.

The important thing is to remember that you must always be in 100% control of the situation. IMO, only AMP's can (mostly) provide that.

Instead of always walking away disappointed, spend some time and get some AMP game. Be a gentleman and respectful but don't be a poosy. Dress well and be groomed. Tip well WHEN APPROPRIATE (never high the first time). Learn some of the language even if it's "Hello" or "you look wonderful". When you meet someone worthy of your funds, get her number, (preferably WeChat or LINE). I've gotten GFE at least 50% of the time after I've targeted a provider. I do realize that some if not most of you are married so being able to follow this may be limiting. There're no guarantees in life but following some of these tips will put the odds in your favor. Of course, YMMV.

A little off topic but I'm currently in Destin with my travel trailer on a three-month tour from SC to the FL Keys and back. I do this annually (since C-19) and after some careful research, sample some of the wares along the way. You are in my old stomping grounds. I graduated from Niceville High School. It has been a bit since I was over in that area. Last time was in 2019 when my dad passed away in Fort Walton Beach. I will be down in Pensacola in a little over a week. I get down there once or twice a year. Classy in Fort Walton is a real FS place from what I have read. It opened after my last visit over there. I did have some luck in Navarre. On multiple occasions doing exactly what you said which I always do. And you only have to look and smell nice for an hour or 90 minutes. It is worth it to show up in good shape. If you have to show up sweaty go to a place with a table shower and never put a towel on you when you lay down for a massage. Toss it into a chair. That is my tip of the day. Have fun down there. It was a lot less crowded back in the 70's and 80's but there also was not much as far as AMPs go either. It does cost more down there than up here but when you find a gem it is worth it.

Joining the chorus of me too, I also am out. I've never seen an escort; most of the ads I see shared on here are unappealing to me, and frankly it just seems too unsafe. I've been dissatisfied with the local AMPs for a few years now. I gave up mongering (in the truest sense) locally years ago. I still visit local AMPs occasionally. But I realized about 5 years ago that prices go up and quality goes down. And that trend has continued for those 5 years. I no longer look at STG or any sites for locals. I'm sure there are some diamonds out there. But frankly, from what I see, the quality of these girls should be valued at less than half of their asking price.

Best move I made was moving to the international scene. Maybe it's not for everyone. But let me tell you, that is where you find value. People criticize the price. Guys, you can find flights cheaper than one session with these below average locals. I can't recommend it enough.

I have been scammed twice by high end providers with deposits. Both of them are extremely popular and have lots of reviews. What am I going to do against someone that has a picture of my drivers license. I have more to lose than her. Lesson learned and never doing that again.
