Well I said I would make a return visit on Thursday night. The Lucky Inn at Austin and Diversey was locked up tight. No Venezuelan hookers in sight

Talked to the shop owner next door and he said they have been closed for a couple of days maybe more.

I have seen this place before and always thought it looked interesting but never entered.

I drove by today around 4 pm and it was definitely open. Bar lights were on and door was creaked open a little. Might just be a weekend place. Unfortunately I had no time to enter. Will try to hit up in a couple of weeks.

Mr. Gardener. Inquiring minds need to know as well as nosey rickety old men like myself. That place has dive bar written all over it which is so old school I'd be the first in line to get in. Only thing I notice and again call me mr. Paranoid can't see in with those sunlight heavy curtains. In the big city doesn't take much to close down these businesses either legal or illegal. With your assessment, mr. Stark. I feel fortunate to live in a very conservative republican pocket in my little village here, however this really is a state not to put too much faith in really. All the libs are concerned over this and that mass shooting, however that amount of people every frickin weekend go down or more in the heart of the city. I got a lead on reddit that there is a bar in Belmont Cragin that has working girls from Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico. I drove by to scope the place out and saw no one going in or out except as I was about to drive away a LEO or security guard with a badge (couldn't tell which) popped his head out of the door next door.

Curious as to whether anyone else has heard of this place.

Willing to share the name over DM with senior members.

I sent a DM to you a couple of days ago. Which place are you talking about? Is it on Diversey west of Central? If you saw a security guy then it's obviously legit. We have an entire section below titles Mexican bars that is about these types of places. I'm sure I have at least heard of the place you are talking about but can't help you without more details. These places are legit licensed places. No reason not to name it.

I get it but never heard of law enforcement doing a reverse sting using a bar that poses as a Mexican bar to bust you for buying $10 drinks for Colombians? Not to mention most of these places, including the massage places advertise in the open so not much secrets. If he saw a guy that looked like a police officer looking out the door then it's not much of an undercover operation. Obviously the guy is security. These Mexican bars are legal businesses. Now if it was a straight up ***** house then I get it. I'm just trying to help him out and am a little curious which bar he is talking about. Some of these places are members only too so he might not be able to go even if he wanted too.

And given this additional information I understand what it looks like now. I thought it was a random discreet place. The few posts he had as well as the fewer posts I got from someone else saying he heard from the poster in addition him or them asking me to describe how they work I just flew over it all. Your thoughts clear this up. I would still like to know where from somebody just as a driveby feel for my own interest. Oh BTW- private clubs are big even here by the airport by me. What happens there? Don't know it's a private club. I think some of the ethnic private clubs get around liquor licenses that way. At least I heard that from one source where the club actually rents industrial space somewhere in the northern burbs and everything is by invite only which I am sure is a way to get around many legal issues legally. If there's a security guard working inside the bar on like a Wednesday at 1 pm then it's most likely one of those places. That's pretty much the tell just like if a massage parlor has a doorbell that you have to ring to be let inside. That's essentially the owner saying to anyone who might be slow that "hey this place may be doing something on the side". More of these places are opening up due to the influx of people seeking work.

Cops are not running a covert Mexican bar sting operation. Jesus! Some of you mofo's watch too much MacGyver or something. But some of these girls at those places more than likely have p!mps especially if their migrants and I doubt all of why'all can accurately judge a girls age so tread carefully.

There's also migrants "hanging out" in the alley near the converted migrant shelter near Marine and Bittersweet, but that was before the weather got colder.

You didn't send me a DM. I am familiar with the Mexican bars in Cicero. I am familiar with the Mexican Bar reports section. I am familiar with the Mexican Taxi Dancer bar on Irving and Kedzie. I was VERY familiar with the UTR Mexican bar on Kedzie and the one on Rockwell (Id like the hot salsa) that were ***** houses and are now busted snd long gone.

Why all the cloak and dagger to send them a pm / dm? I got a dm from another someone I don't know that has a total of under ten posts here that said they heard from the original poster in a pm / dm and also wanted to know my opinion on how all of this works. Most if not all here are very aware that uncle dart and the chitown blue fuzz look us over here and have infiltrated. Just a point on all of this- if I don't know your handle I don't respond to your requests either in general pop or in a pm / dm. Just the way I roll. Call me paranoid, however just because I am does not mean they're not following me! As far as the other post regarding the use of the word trafficking which imo was hijacked just as much as gay, rainbow and anti-Semitism (with no disrespect to anyone) by groups with many agendas. I keep going back to that pro I knew. Gave a new merecedes to her brother, had designer outfits valued in the thousands in her closet, designer shoes (I mean jimmy's which start in the upper hundreds to the many thousands. I know I was dumb enough to buy her a pair in attempt to become a real friend. I am dumber than a box of small pebbles) et al, believe you me she was anything but trafficked. Like if you give up so and so we will only charge you with such and such. However, if you don't we will build a case a mile high on you and you can use the grey bar hotel as your permanent address! Personally I would rather cut off my own hands than touch a child in that manner! Just saying sometimes prosecutors are trying to make huge names for themselves by using a case or two as their projectile. Stosh all I know.

Is happening in the western suburbs by a place that I won't name, however is known for their layered range golfing. You all know. Anyway the local LEO white shirts are sending their street guys to the parking lot of this place and low and behold taking down plate numbers and arresting people for having a visible firearm in their rides! Now I know it's beyond dumb on the foid side as well. I believe I recall seeing that a dude got his foid revoked because of all of this. Must have to do with that no gun sign that we see everywhere indicating that even if one has a concealed carry it's a no no at that locale. You know the gun is going to jump out of the ride and there will be a mass shooting because some dude is over par! WTF- imo go after the people that allow the mentally disturbed to own legal fire arms. Hint hint. Highland park. I know I was there that day and witnessed the devastation. The case is in the news right now and starts next week! Everyone is playing cover ones own behind and tap dancing all lawyered up! It's sad. Not sure where you get that Dart is busting strip clubs. The article specifically mentions the various sites that they are finding women who've been trafficked. Also, trafficking happens more often than you think. Pimps are basically human traffickers, as they generally keep girls against their will, through fear and intimidation. Technically, bringing women across state lines, or from another country, for the purposes of prostitution is considered (if against their will, or using fear or intimidation), trafficking.
