If his license was suspended, why was he driving? Moreover, why was he tempting fate and picking up a hooker?

Posts: 98Yes he has to go to Superior and Orleans for court. About the license. The cop took it when he first pulled them out of the car then after writing the ticket he threw it at him and said lock up your car and walk back to his house because his license is suspended. Now if it was why would he give it back to him?

Posts: 26Go to Court? Fight the Case? Get a Lawyer?
This is to correct some very serious misadvice. A poster writes that an individual is ticketed for public indecency and driving without a valid license. The d/l might be suspended or revoked, not enough facts presented. We don't know whether these are (or include) a "city ticket" heard on Superior Street in Chicago's Municipal Court or in a "real" court, but the vehicle ticket suggests that at least part of this case will have to go to a real courtroom because traffic always goes to a real court. The driver's license ticket is really a misdemeanor arrest, and depending on how the license was revoked or suspended, there is a prospect of serious punishment including mandatory jail or substantial community service (if revoked or suspended for DUI) and a criminal conviction. No matter whether the Public Indecency matter goes to Superior Street or a "real" court, it's to be taken seriously. Even when dealing with a Superior Street case, remember CPD maintains a database of prior "city" tickets and that will influence how a next offense will be handled. Otherwise, it's in a real court and he faces a regular criminal conviction. Yes, go to court. Yes, get a lawyer. And there are defenses to Public Indecency, as for example just how likely it was that the general public was likely to see the conduct. Sex in a public place is not illegal unless there it's likely that it will be seen, and good efforts to conceal the conduct may be a defense. Yes, get a lawyer who has handled these kinds of cases.

Posts: 358He should absolutely go to court. If the arresting cop doesn't show they will toss the ticket. Otherwise it's a minor ticket no different that a drunk Cubs fan getting a ticket for pissing in a parking lot after a game. Hell I got one at a Mets game this summer in NYC, sent in a check for $25 and it isn't even on my record. BTW, I'm not a Mets fan, just had a free ticket and was there so don't bash me as a Cubs hater.
He should not worry, but he should go to court. Also, no need for an attorney.

So my cousin recently got pinched. He is a monger but not too computer saavy so he does'nt get on here. I've gotten him into mp's but he still likes to go on the street sometimes. Leo came up a one way street and caught him in the car with a SW. They said he had his pants down but he told me he pulled them up in time. So after much harrasmnt they told her to get out of there and gave him a ticket for public indeceny. What kind of punishment will he get when he appears in court? He says he might not even go which I don't think is a good idea. They also made him walk and said his license was suspended but threw it at him which I don't get. I think they were fucking wiht him bad. Let me know what you guys think he should do

The local discussion board used to be a pretty helpful community. Now its been taken over by about a half dozen girls and agencies spearheaded by MTA. They have their white knights and shills do much of their bidding and you don't know who or what information to trust anymore. I like the atmosphere here a lot more, but there just isn't much info passed around about the types of escorts I like to see.

I have written a handful or reports since June and NONE of them have been published!!! Not one!! TER has become nothing more than an outlet for paying people to post whatever they want....not a viable source anymore IMHO!!!
