Do you have to jump through hoops to get to pornhub or listcrawler or any of the other adult sites? You can absolutely browse porn to your heart's content on an iPhone. You're probably conflating Apple's control over the App Store, which doesn't allow anything the the manner of an adult app with its control over the internet more broadly. As of December of 2023, by default, there are no content filters of any kind on the iPhone.
