If you quoted me a price of $100 to do some general repairs, and I told you I would only pay $75, odds are, you would walk away. You would probably feel insulted too.

I agree with this too. If I can't pay someone's rate I just move on. I have enough hassle in my life without arguing with hookers over price.

They are selling a commodity in the end. It does not really matter what they think it is worth, it is what someone is willing to pay. Contrary to popular opinion I don't think a lot of these girls have people lined up and knocking down the door. If they do, then they are pricing correctly. However, the ones spitting out outlandish numbers for average or worse looks, average or worse service, unsafe locations, etc. Are not going to make me look like some fool that just fell off a turnip truck. I guarantee its even easier for me to go to the next in line and get what I want at my price than them.

I don't blame ladies who are offended when someone tries to haggle with them. Their price is their price, if you think it's too high, find someone in your price range. They're not selling cars. Personally, I think haggling over price is a poor look for a guy, but that's just my opinion.

Can anyone explain the logic that some of these providers have. They won't give up $25 dollars but they'll give up $150 and make $0 dollars. Being stubborn doesn't pay the bills. They turn it in to a contest to see who can get their own way and declare themselves the winner.

I have had a provider tell me if a guy haggles too much with them, they will get rid of them asap. She just said they always turn into bad customers and are always trying to get more for less. Probably not worth trying to save 25 bucks and have a provider thinking she has to get rid of you right from the start.

My rules:

1. Have a spot in mind in the general area, for me, large parking lots of grocery stores or mall areas etc, or parking garages in the city.

2. Have a sun shade for the front available, bring coats to hang in front of side windows. I typically move us to the back seat and try to casually cover a much viewing a possible.

3. Avoid alleys and such, asking for a mugging unless you know the area.

4. Be prepared to move in a hurry.

How do feel about car dates? Do know where to park or let the girl.

Pick the spot? Do feel safe doing this. I e not read reviews of car dates.
