What troubles me and I am no legal genious, But one would assume that a room like that along with washrooms, changing rooms doctors rooms or any room where there is in legal terms "AN EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY" would be off limits to that type of survailence. I'm just surprised that a judge would authorize that as there is no guarantee of innocent parties being filmed. There have been hundreds of millions of dollars shelled out by retail stores that got caught when doing loss prevention survailence of changing rooms even when they said it was by same sex individual. And now laws are on the books preventing that practice because the. Retail stores continued to do it because the loss prevention was greater than what they shelled out when caught.

Trafficking is a pretty broad and vague term.
