Might be a stripper agency that does topless waitresses and full strips. It's been way too long since I was in the business so could not even begin to steer you in who is legit and who isn't currently. Casino supply companies will hang up on you as they do have female and male dealers and casino workers, however won't even go near adult work especially since you would be a cold call. The state watches those companies. Again talk to a strip company booking agency and ask if one or more of their girls can deal and mention it would mean a lot to you and your people in tips. Real-Time pickups are what I've been referring to when you get a girl's number when out and about, in the real world.
It Can be just a regular girl you're trying to score digits, but I'm using it more for approaching a girl for p4p. It's certainly not for everyone, especially those who need to be discreet.
