Did anyone get a spoof email stating a hacker has infected their computer? They claim to have access to all the "porn" sites visited and are threatening to release this info to family and friends unless paid 1000 bitcoin.

I'm wondering if this came from the user that advertised access to home made videos on PornHub if you signed into his access on Pornhub.

Or, is this just a total scam and something to be ignored?

I got one of those emails (more than once). Ignore it. They are just trying to scare people into paying them money. The story is they have used your camera to film you jerking off to porn and threaten to send it to all of your social media contacts. With a split screen showing the video you were watching, and the other split showing you jerking off. Ignore, move on.

I'll be going to NV for the next several months but unfortunately in the boonies and not in LV. However I found a couple legal brothels in the area. Has anyone been to a brothel in NV? There are two in Pahrump NV about an hour from Vegas; Chicken Ranch and Sheri's. These two are very nice high class places with nice looking girls. The prices do start high. They will start at $2,000 or more, but if business is slow they will negotiate. I had fun there for $200 to $300. This was during the week and business was slow. The ones in other parts of the state cost less, but the girls may not be as nice. The ones around Reno and Carson City are kind of like the ones in Pahrump, but usually cost a little less. I had a lot of fun on a motor cycle trip a few years ago. I would see a sign at some little town in the middle of nowhere and just stop in. Some where down right funny with just two old hags in a little dump. Others were OK with at least one or two nice gals. Never had any trouble or even felt threatened in any way.

I drive a semi and get to Nevada occasionally. Summer is best, lots of college girls from other states working to get tuition. Stay away from the big names, they are expensive. Not recently. It was decades ago. It was so good, I never went back. The one I went to is still in business. Its one of the ones closest to LV. There were 3 of them next to each other, IIRC.
