I've never partook in the picking up streetwalkers thing, and this list of rules may seem like a handful but it'll certainly save you trouble and keep you safe.

I was referring more to the platforms such as those that have popped up in lieu of the original Backpage. They are almost exclusively text only and usually won't accept cash payment, insisting on gift cards or one of these so-called digital wallets. Was told it's for security purposes.
