I saw a State Trooper getting a BJ from a SW a few years ago near Lake Ave. It does happen. I can understand a guy wanting a BJ or FS but he should not use his position to threaten the girl to get free service.

A street walker I won't identify told me an interesting story. She said she was harassed by a police officer who wanted to have a session of sex with her. This is the second street walker to tell me a story of sexual harassment by police. The first SW wouldn't name the department when I asked, but this SW said her harasser worked for none other than the Illinois State Patrol! That kinda surprised me. These guys are suppose to be clean-cut and honest like the CHiPs boys Ponch and John from the California Highway Patrol.

I should say I cannot verify what she told me. I definitely believe the story from the first street walker, and I think I do kinda believe the story from this second SW, too. The second SW said she told the ISP guy no way, and was allowed to go on her way unmolested. The first SW, as I mentioned earlier, did provide services to the extorter since she feared being arrested.

I enjoyed a number of private dances with Brooke at Crystal Palace yesterday. She's a little heavier but a good time in the private dance area. DATY, BBBJ, CIM, and got to watch her pleasure herself. Cost was 6 songs, but we were up there longer than that.

Persons of interest named in hotel homicide; woman's body found on balcony

FAIRMONT CITY --

The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis has identified three persons of interest in the investigation of a 29-year-old woman who was found dead Sunday morning on a second floor balcony of a Fairmont City hotel.

"(The investigation) is progressing favorably," said Maj. John Lakin, deputy commander of the Major Case Squad and Madison County chief deputy sheriff. "At this point, we're pleased with the way the investigation is going and the cooperation we're getting."

The Major Case Squad identified the woman as Karinina G. Polk. Lakin said her last known addresses were in Granite City and Swansea.

The three persons of interest are from the metro-east, but no additional information is being released about them at this time because of the ongoing investigation, Lakin said. They are not in custody.

An autopsy confirmed Monday that Polk died of blunt force trauma to the head.

Polk was pronounced dead at 4:15 a.m. Sunday after her body was found on a balcony at the First Western Inn at 1941 Collinsville Road, according to St. Clair County Coroner Rick Stone.

Lakin said someone who was staying at the hotel called the front desk to report a body lying outside a room. The Major Case Squad was activated about 6:30 a.m. Sunday after receiving a call from Fairmont City police about the discovery of Polk's body.

Lakin said investigators will re-evaluate all their information this afternoon to determine if they have enough to file charges against the persons of interest.

Investigators are encouraging anyone with information, or anyone who may have seen something at the hotel between midnight and 3 a.m. Sunday, to call the Major Case Squad at 274-6306. - Rosco

There were a few posts last year about a SW named Nina. I don't know if it's the same person. If I remember correctly, this hotel has security cameras. Hopefully there is something on tape.

I always thought that this was probably one of the safer hotels in Fairmont. This is the sort of thing that I would have expected at the Royal Inn on 10th st.

Fellas, this is awful news. A woman was found dead yesterday on the second floor balcony of the First Western in Fairmont. This is the motel next door to that Phillips 66 gas station and convenience store on Collinsville Road by Route 203.

The death of a 29-year-old woman who was found dead Sunday morning on a second floor balcony of a Fairmont City hotel is being investigated by the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis.

"At this point we are investigating the case as a homicide," said Maj. John Lakin, deputy commander and Madison County chief deputy sheriff.

The woman was identified as Kari Nina Polk by St. Clair County Coroner Rick Stone, who said she died of blunt trauma to the head.

Polk was pronounced dead at 4:15 a.m. Sunday after her body was found on a balcony at the First Western Inn at 1941 Collinsville Road, Stone said.

A permanent address for Polk has not been determined, Stone said.

Lakin said there were no suspects in custody, and that no additional information was being released at the time.

He said the Major Case Squad was activated about 6:30 a.m. Sunday after receiving a call from Fairmont City police about the discovery of the body. He said approximately 20 investigators are working on the case.

An autopsy was scheduled for 9 a.m. today.

Deputy Coroner Charles Rigney, who will be at the autopsy, said it could take from 10 to 12 days for investigators get any more information about Polk's death.

Lakin said the investigators are urging anyone with information, or anyone who may have seen anything at the hotel between midnight and 3 a.m. Sunday to call the Major Case Squad at 274-6306.

Unlike the nearby Indian Mound Motel, this motel has dead bolts on the doors, but apparently they were of no consequence in the murder of this young lady. Does anyone know if she was a street walker? - Rosco

I drove past the Wash Rack about 10:00 Saturday night. I saw two Fairmont City cruisers parked across the street from the wash rack. There was a WSW in the dark just past where they were parked. I passed thru the area several times. On the last past they had moved. I saw the WSW still standing in the dark near the lumber company. I was concerned that she might be LE. I moved closer to get a better look. I was expecting the police lights and sirens to come on any minute. It turned out to be Shannon! I picked her up and drove her to a notel in Fairmont for a little fun.

Yes, it's tragic that a lovely lady like Jennifer is beaten by her abusive boyfriend. She's a very pretty lady. If you've never seen Jennifer, she has a beautiful dark Jewish complexion. She's probably Sephardic. I hope she's able to break free of her abuser. One of you bigger fellas ought to talk to her boyfriend about treating her right ;-)

Since the demise of National City Fairmont has incorporated the wash rack area that is why you see them there. It is there jurisdiction now.

Earlier in the day on Thursday before I picked up Kendra, I picked up Dakota. Dakota was walking on Forest Boulevard not too far away from the Blondie's and Dollies strip clubs. The time was roughly noonish.

This is not the same Dakota who walks in Brooklyn, who has been described as 5'9" with strawberry blonde hair. That Dakota's picture is in this thread (do a search for Dakota if you're interested in seeing the pic.)

The Dakota of Washington Park is shorter and a brunette. Twenty-something, thin, sweet personality, cute. I loved touching her sweet fingers and well-formed hand. Unfortunately, she was kinda dirty--worse than Kendra who I picked up later, so it was a no-go with Dakota this time. Dakota's jeans weren't very clean either. At least Kendra had clean-looking jeans, if not clean hands. I drove Dakota where she wanted to go, which was a residential street in Washington Park, gave her a fiver, and she exited the vehicle with no fuss or muss. Like I said, she has a sweet personality and is a nice young woman. Would definitely be worth doing if cleaner.

I'm sure she would have exited even without the $5, but I almost always give at least a little cash to any SW I talk to, even if I just talk to them through the window. The ladies are out there to earn a few bucks, after all.

Dakota, by the way, had not heard anything about 24-year-old Scott Odell/O'Dell*, who was murdered after a woman picked him up in a downtown St. Louis club. Scott's body was discovered in a ditch on Lincoln Avenue in Washington Park. (I drove by that ditch when I was in town--more on that in another post.) Dakota was shocked when I told her what had happened to Scott. If you recall, we had a discussion once about how SWs often don't know about shootings that happen in their own stroll areas. - Rosco

Perhaps I can lend some expert awareness to the above mentioned information. .....It wasn't then and I believe it's still not a practice for Fairmont City to patrol "any" part of E. St. Louis.

Nukmed, I don't want to start an argument but in this case you are absolutely wrong. Fairmont cops are regularly patrolling the stroll area. I've seen them with my own two eyes on several different occasions and have talked to several gals who've had run-ins with them - in East Saint Louis. One girl has been ticketed twice for stupid stuff by Fairmont officers who were in ESL. Things have definitely changed since your days there as a paramedic.

At 2 PM on Thursday, I picked up lovely 22-year-old Kendra on 11th or 14th Streets (I've forgotten which) in East St. Louis. I know it wasn't 13th Street because that all-brick, very uneven street is horrible to drive on. I never go down it anymore.

Kendra has a very pretty face, cute short hair style, is brunette, white, and has plump full lips. This chick's got it going on. Very sweet lady, too. I enjoyed talking with her. The only bad part is I saw how dirty her hands were. I don't know what she was handling, but the top of her right hand was smudged with dirt, like you might expect to see on a 5-year-old's hands. Odd. I felt uncomfortable when she held onto my car door's arm rest. How's she gonna do business walkin' around with dirty hands like that?

Her mouth looked clean other than for her teeth that were browning a bit from the top to 3/4-way down each tooth (meth sign? Or cigarettes?). I decided to play it conservatively; you know how careful I am with my weiner. So I paid her $12 just to park somewhere and play with her chest for a few minutes. I love ladies' chests.

She picked a good parking spot for us that was private. I kept the car running just in case of an ambush. I felt I could trust her (she's very nice), but it's always good to be extra safe.

When she lifted her shirt, I saw that her breasts were not as good as I would have expected for a cute girl like her and only 22. They were kind of deflated. But she does have very, very big nipples. No deflation in the nipples at all.

I also loved her nose, very cute nose. She doesn't have a phone number, but she asked me to drive her to the house where she's been staying for the last 2 months, since November.

I asked her, "If I want to get a hold of you next time I'm in town, can I knock on the door of that house?" Her eyes popped out at me. No, don't ever knock on that door, she said, because her god-brother would strangle her and hang her by her toes!! [GULP] I couldn't help but think she was talking about me--that her mean god-brother would try to hang me by my toes if I ever knocked at that door [chuckle]. She was warning me to be careful--never knock on that house's door, and I appreciated her for it.

Suffice to say, I ain't gonna be knockin' on that door. The house, by the way, is the first house on the north side of Nectar just west of the Nectar and 15th Street intersection. ***Don't Ever Knock on that door unless you want to be strangled and hung by your toes [LOL] ***

The house also had a strong-looking dog chained outside. The dog had brown hair and looked like it could be a tough customer if it wanted to be. Didn't bark a bit, just looked at ya. Very well-disciplined dog (the scariest kind). Don't ever knock on that door.... -Rosco

Some municipalities have formal mutual aid agreements, intergovernmental contracts approved by each city council that allow them to patrol in each other's jurisdiction. Others cities do it on a more informal basis. My understanding is that Fairmont police assistance has been requested by ESL to help patrol the city. Not sure if this was actually done with a formal contract or a more informal agreement but either way they have all the jurisdiction and authority they need to bust our asses. Frankly if I was a citizen of Fairmont I wouldn't be very happy with this situation. Basically they (Fairmont taxpayers) are subsidizing the operations of ESL by doing the patrols. Plus those patrols are increasing the liability exposure of the Fairmont officers, using more fuel, increasing the wear on their shiny new cars and generally increasing operational expenses for the city of Fairmont. And of course time spent on the ESL stroll is time not spent patrolling the town that pays their salary. So if you know anybody who lives in Fairmont encourage them to complain to their town board, LOL.

On one of my last visits I happened across a Fairmont officer at the corner of 1st and Exchange. I was on First and there really wasn't anything I could really do but make sure to come to a complete stop at the corner. He turned onto First and I turned onto Exchange but I knew better than to think he wasn't going to turn around and follow me. He must have waited a little bit before coming after me but I saw headlights back there and knew it was him. Turned onto the interstate and got out of there.

Perhaps I can lend some expert awareness to the above mentioned information. I worked in E. St. Louis as a Paramedic for a very long time. It wasn't then and I believe it's still not a practice for Fairmont City to patrol "any" part of E. St. Louis. I have been on many many many auto accidents and henious crimes that border both cities and even then, one city was always cautious about crossing any boundaries with their enforcement authority. With anything just inside the city limits of E. St. Louis from Fairmont City, the Fairmont coppers wouldn't provide ant assistance as it was not their jurisdiction. I called an attorney in Belleville who does criminal courts and knows several judges. He stated that thjose boundaries are set for a reason and those agencies WILL assist in the apprehension of a felon or a possible police involved shooting, but that's about it.

Monger with care, but if you see an office, pay your respect as always and you'll not be harassed. Hopefully!
