What? They're certified now at ERS? I find that hard to believe, and expensive, too. Do you know how long it takes to be certified? I've always advocated certification because it brings so much value. For me, for instance, I would be less critical about the weight (though I already am because I'm a fan of monster racks).

Visited ERS the other day.

Still one of the cleanest places anywhere in the US or the world. Showers re-done, and some new carpeting. Rooms could use some large mirrors. Rooms could also use temperature gauges since they frequently feel cold like a restaurant that wants you to eat fast and run. I'm not sure what the right number is, but I'm guessing that 74-75 degrees would be more comfortable than 66-68.

Still professionally managed. A giant plus with the owner more active in the business.

Staff has been upgraded substantially over the last year, there is still some progress that could be made here including adding some part timers. There used to be part timers. Part timers usually have the best attitudes and frequently the best appearance. For most part timers this is a second job. Answers that I get frequently from part timers are: I don't like sitting at home all day so I come here, I work too many hours and don't get to socialize much so I come here on the way home for a few hours, I need some extra money to party with on the weekends so I work here until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays then meet my friends at a disco.

Since everyone is now a certified masseuse, there should be a rule put into place that every customer gets a good massage. My back needs the attention. Attendants should have to stay in the room for the full time even if that means sitting there alone, no one likes to be rushed for the next revenue opportunity. Management needs to enforce this with no exceptions, an hour is an hour. This would also be more fair to the workers that take their time with the customers and don't rush them.

I guess that tattoos are in, personally when a girl has more tattoos than my Marine friends, it makes me wonder.

Its been a while since my last post. Since then curiosity got me and I finally had a session with Michelle at Executive. All I have to say is "Wow!". This woman's performance is incredible. Now onto a report, I spent time with Ashley, early twenties light brown hair, innocent looking face. Ashley's body would be a 6 in my book. Nice bottom, small up top, and a drinker's belly. I've actually am going to go out on a limb here and say that I actually prefer CLV over the Executive.

At CLV, the talent is very hit and miss. You have the Grandmas that have been there forever, but lately seem to be getting some better talent in their 20's and 30's. The only problem is going when they are available.

Susan is my favorite. She has brown hair a nice body and good face, tits are a little on the saggy side, probably around 28 y.o. Her massage technique is good. Usual rules apply but is fluent in russian.

Amy is kind of what I would call your typical stripper in the looks dept. Dirty blonde hair, 30ish, decent body, small tits. Good massage with some russian.

They have a couple other 30 to 40 something gals that I have not seen yet, but all in all CLV is getting better

I've also had decent luck at clv. I like the shower in the room, as compared to a shared shower between rooms. I've going to the Executive over the past 6 months, and thought I would give a breakdown of some of the different girls I've seen there. The list is in no paticular order as each girl rates about the overall same.
