Hello fellow Mongers, I hope that everyone is safe and healthy. From my time as a Monger and my 100's of visits to AMP's, I have a ton of WeChat contacts. The past few days several of the women have posted that they are concerned about money and that they need to get back to work quickly. As we all know, many of these women have husbands and families back in China that are depending on their money from the spa work. I thought that I would be a real humanitarian and reach out to a few of them. I offered to drive down to Chinatown to their apartments and get a massage there, thus helping them to earn a little cash. Keep in mind that some of these women are women that I have taken to hotels in the past. They all acted like I was crazy. They acted like I was offering to walk naked through North Korea waiving an American flag. These Chinese women are deathly afraid of this virus. One woman gave me a 30 minute lecture on why I shouldn't leave the house. I really wonder what is going to happen when the AMP's re-open? Will the HJ girls have an expanded menu because they need to make up for lost wages? Or, will the girls just be completely insane and want a $100 for a HJ? It is going to be interesting to see what happens when the AMP's open again. SaintChuck.

When you are an engineer, doctor, lawyer, or other high end professional in China, and come here and have to work in a restaurant, a laundry, drive an Uber, do nails, you see how much more money you can make being a sex worker. I'm surprised when I meet a Chinese Christian masseuse, but I have met 10 of them now. Christian purity is trumped by need, or greed.

From everything I've learned out COVID-19, it is just the latest brand of the coronavirus. Expect it to die down in the summer (no matter what actions governments take) and then come back in the fall as COVID-20. If we have a vaccine by then, great, I'll take it. If not, I can't stand the idea of living a year like I've done the past 2 weeks. I'm pretty much expecting to catch the damn thing this year or next.

I had one Ukrainian woman (now retired and in her 70's so don't ask) who kept a picture of the holy family in the room she gave me massages in, with a hand or Russian finish. Another kept a Christian radio station on, possibly as a cover, until I asked her to turn it off and get busy. And if you remember the Ying from the northern burbs (also retired, don't ask), she was an active committee member of her church. How they got around the mentality of that I'll never know.

But I have many contacts and many of them share an apartment with a sister, a child. Some share apartments with people to share rent. Some are church going. Many of them have no to a visit because they have a secret life, HE or masseuse, and they don't want this secret life exposed.
