It's not pop-ups like most people think of in the classical sense (doing both of those things won't do much to fix pop ups anyway). It's an ad which has embedded videos of streams in it. And because the videos only have an option of running maximized they all take over your entire screen. Probably not even noticeable on a regular computer because the videos just play silently in the ad box.

I have seen her 6 times or so, she is sweet clean and safe, everything is covered but she has a fine body and a great personality to go along with it.
